Staying connected with our community has always been a top priority for PointPay. For years, we’ve held AMA sessions at the end of each month to share our achievements, discuss future plans, announce key updates, and answer your questions.
However, it’s time to evolve and adapt to the changing landscape. The live-stream format we’ve used for years is now outdated and no longer serves our goals effectively. That’s why, during our February AMA session, we announced a new approach.
This month, for the first time, we’re introducing a fresh AMA format - several pre-recorded videos, each lasting 15-20 minutes and dedicated to a specific topic. By recording the content in advance, we can enhance video quality, delivery, and editing, making the experience more engaging and accessible.
The first video is set to go live next week, covering PointPay’s latest monthly updates. This will be followed by a video outlining our plans and announcements for April and the upcoming months. Finally, the third video will feature answers to your most pressing questions.
We’re now accepting your questions at any time! Each month, we’ll update the submission form, which will remain open until a new one replaces it. Feel free to submit your questions before, during, or after the AMA videos are released - we’ll review them all, and the most relevant ones will be addressed in the next session.
