However, alongside the pleasant innovations, there remained an unpleasant feeling due to unforeseen difficulties. Users couldn't pass the KYC verification, which is necessary for several actions on the PointPay platform. This created inconveniences, and we had to find a solution.

Now, we have resolved this issue. Besides using the app on smartphones, users can undergo KYC verification through the PointPay website using their PC or phone with a browser. This new feature allows any user to quickly input their data and pass the KYC verification, without any dependence on the app's availability, ensuring we have a reliable solution.

When a user wants to undergo KYC, a data entry form is displayed. The process consists of just 5 steps, and the data is sent for verification, which rarely takes more than 24 hours.

After successfully passing KYC, the following functions become available to the user:

  • Purchasing cryptocurrencies,
  • Transferring cryptocurrencies,
  • Withdrawing cryptocurrencies.

What data will be required for KYC verification?

You will need:

  • First name, Last name,
  • Date of birth,
  • Gender,
  • Country of registration,
  • Residential address and registration address (if different),
  • An identification document (ID card or passport).
