What does this mean for our users?
The aforementioned services will be ‘hidden’ from our platform's mobile and web versions until they undergo complete revision.
When will these services become available again?
These services will become available to our users after a complete revision, approximately in the first quarter of 2023.
What is the reason for restructuring?
We want to give our customers only 100% working products. But because of the high speed of our development cycles, some new services may not be fully completed. In addition, some products proved to be less popular than originally expected.
We will hide the unpopular and unrefined products so that we can focus on the core offering - Exchange, Payment System, Bank and Wallet. After an aggressive marketing campaign, they will be available in a new and improved form. The new users will expect a fully functioning platform, and we as a company cannot afford to present PointPay in a bad light.
