We are excited to announce that PointPay will be supporting the upcoming exchange of Polygon (MATIC) tokens for Polygon (POL) tokens.As part of this process, on September 9, 2024, we will delist all existing MATIC spot trading pairs and cancel any open spot trade orders involving MATIC. Following this, on September 13, 2024, we will open spot trading for new POL trading pairs.
Key Information:
🔹Deposits and Withdrawals:
Starting September 9, 2024, deposits and withdrawals of the old MATIC tokens will be suspended. Please ensure your MATIC deposits are processed in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
🔹Token Swap Details:
On September 13, 2024, all MATIC tokens in your account will be automatically swapped for POL tokens at a 1:1 ratio. After the swap is complete, MATIC withdrawals will no longer be available.
🔹Temporary Labeling:
Between September 4 and September 13, 2024, any deposits and withdrawals of native Polygon PoS (POL) tokens will still be labeled as MATIC on our platform.
