These days are super unpredictable and worrying for everyone who is somehow involved with cryptocurrencies. We’re all watching the rates, checking our wallets and balances. The cryptocurrency industry is reeling from the news that companies like Crypto.com, BlockFi, and Coinbase are laying off employees. At PointPay, we fully understand the going concern. As a CEO, I want to explain what the current situation means for us and what we are going to do. Our business is built on transparency and trust, so we’ll be open about our future plans.
I, Vladimir Kardapoltsev, CEO of PointPay, want to assure our investors and users that PointPay has weathered the storm better than other companies in this field. We’re more than an exchange or a payment system. We’re an ecosystem that includes various products and services. We’re not dependent on crypto prices and continue to operate as usual. Moreover, we don’t stop our work for a second and continue to offer you the best products and services.
Given the current situation, I’ve decided that it’s very important to share the good news, and I have some! First, we’ve fixed our loans. They’re working smoothly, and I can easily compare them with another well-known financial company with a similar system. I can fairly admit that our lending service is much more convenient and understandable, so I’m very proud of the work we’ve done. Another good thing is that withdrawals work automatically, and we’ve processed most requests.
And last but not least, we’ve added new crypto pairs! We’ll add more in the third quarter. I believe this will bring new customers to our platform.
Also, many of you could notice that the PXP price is stable and has even gained a little bit in the last few days. Seeing how low other crypto prices are falling also gives hope to me and my team. And we’re sure that the completion of our platform will push the PXP price up.
Finally, I want to thank you all for your trust in our project. Your hope and feedback give us the strength to move on. We’re not afraid of difficulties. They only make us stronger. I see great potential in PointPay, and I sincerely claim that we don’t want to be just one of the top-10 crypto exchanges. We see ourselves as the number one exchange. That’s our plan, nothing less than that.
